I have d90 and thinking about getting a polarized filter. I look at B&W offers, but they have a huge variety and range and different prices.
I am planning on using for outside sky/water/reflection photography. Thanks! |

With filters, you get what you pay for. The main features you'll want are multicoating (helps avoid glare) and real glass (which all but the cheapest have).
Otherwise, can you be more specific?

B+W lists: 5 x 5" Combination 85/Linear True-Polarizing Water White Glass Filter which is $450.00 and 40.5mm One-Stop Linear Polarizing Water White Glass Filter which is 175.00 What is the difference? |

Also, you will need to be sure to get a Circular polarizer, not a Linear one (this has to do with the glass, NOT with the filter's physical shape). Linear polarizers cause trouble with DSLRs.
