Default Bellow repair?

I didn't see a maintanence and repair section. So I posted this here. My 13.5cm Nippon Kogaku "F" Bellows has sprung a few leaks. Has anyone repaired bellows before. If so how? Does anyone make the bellow material for replacement.Currently I'm still using it. I'm just throwing a piece of black velvet material around it. But this isn't a pemanent solution.

I preface this by noting that I don't own any bellows, however, my first reaction would be to use gaffer tape (which is Australian for what you call duct tape).

I would be surprised if nobody made a specific bellows repair kit though - a quick google search should point you in the right direction.
