Recommend a good reflector.

Again I need some gear advice!! =) I searched this sight along with other for reflector reviews but still need a few opnions. I am looking for a good reflector with a good stand for outdoor portraits. I was looking into a Westcott

But it has mixed reviews about the "cheap stand". It made me wonder are all reflectors stands cheap??? I need something reliable so that I can shoot somebody and not having to worry about my stand flying away, even though the reflector will act like a sail!!! lol I am looking to spend under $100. thanks ! =)
