I am wondering does anyone know if the Hoya filter packs are a good buy or are you better off if you get just like one of there UV filter like this filter pack here Hoya | 52mm Introductory Filter Kit | GIK52GB | B&H Photo Video

Jim asked the most important question: why do you need these filters? Do you know why you need them, and plan to take photos that will require them -- or is it because someone else recommended them?
Personally, for my own photography, I would find the Polarizer useful, but the UV and Warming not so useful. But then again, someone else will feel exactly the opposite.
