If you find an adapter ring, you won't be able to focus to infinity, and as it's an EF lens, you'd have no control over the aperture (no aperture ring). The Nikon flange-to-sensor distance is 2.5mm longer than that of Canon's EOS mount. To adapt a Canon lens so it focuses to infinity, you'd have to sink the lens in 2.5mm past the mount. Not to mention the Canon mount "hole" is larger than that of the Nikon mount hole.
If you don't have access to a metal shop and machining your own parts/lens mounts, I don't think this is a viable path. The only lenses you could adapt easily with simple rings onto the Nikon mount and retain infinity focus would be medium format lenses. You can adapt some Leica-R, Contax-Yashica and Olympus OM lenses by replacing the mount on the lens with a Leitax kit, though.
