Question Canon pixma Pro 9500 MKII printer

Hi,

Anybody familiar with this printer ?
Can you let PS impose the colors, or is that not possible ? I have seen pictures printed at my local dealer, but the colors where not OK ( all to bright )...

Greetings,

Bombo

Thumbs up Canon PIXMA PRO 9500

I have been using the 9000 for 2 years and have had no problems with colour and brightness in fact if you download the proper Printer profile for the Canon you should not have any problems at all.

The Canon Printers (and no I do not work For Canon, although I should have shares for what I own) in my opinion and according to some of the reviews out there provide some of the best value and quality for the money. The 9500 has received rave reviews in many photo mags including shutterbug and DPP.

I am actually considering adding the 9500 for additional printing as I have probably close to 10000 prints on the 9000 although I am sure it will keep on going and going (oh that's another product).

I believe you will be impressed with the quality, as for the store print being bright I guarantee the monitor was not calibrated and they did not install the Printer profiles for the 9500 to properly print on the 9500 the just used OOB
