I have Canon EOS 1000D DSLR with EF-S 18-55 mm and EF-S 55-250 mm IS lenses (both 58 mm thread). I also have Close-up filter lenses 1x, 2x, 4x, and 10x.
Now I want to further add macro capabilities to my kit. For this I am considering three options: 1. Adapter for inverted lens. 2. Extension tube. 3. Dedicated macro lens. What would be the advice of the experts? What are the pros and cons of each of the three options including cost-benefit analysis? |
