2 lens, what's the difference?

Hi all,

Can some one tell me what's the different between these two lens?
Will either one fit a D70?

Nikon 50mm f/1.8 D AF Lens 50 F1.8 NEW on eBay (end time 20-Feb-10 07:42:46 GMT)

Nikon AF 50mm F1.8 f/1.8 D Lens-D90/D300s/D300/D80-3043 on eBay (end time 18-Feb-10 10:26:04 GMT)

It's the same lens. One looks different because the focus is all the way out.

These appear to be the same lens.

Nikon makes these "standard" lenses:
50f1.8 D (the ones in the links)
50f1.4 D
50f1.4G AF-S (built in motor)
50 f1.2 manual focus
