Default Tamrac Adventurer 75 Backpack..

After buying the 35 1.8 lens I realized that I needed a better system for my gear. I have the d40x body, 18-55 lens, siggy 70-300 and the 35 1.8, charger, cords, portable SD reader, speedlight, extra batteries for light, manual, field guide, memory cards and tripod.

The little nikon bag that came with the d40x wasn't going to cut it anymore. (buts thats ok, it will hold the n80 really well when it comes in) So I went shopping for a bag. I originally was going to order the thinktank streetwalker harddrive. (and still will most likely in the summer closer to my cal. trip) But needed something now.

Went into wolf, looked around and settled on the Adventurer 75 backpack. I have to say this is a really nice backpack, comfortable fully loaded and I still have room to expand in it. The tripod is held nicely in it with the straps. Shoulder padding on it is really nice and doesn't bind or dig in.

If anyone is considering this backpack for a good starter or a backup I would have to say it will fit the bill with out breaking the bank.

I will get some pics of it loaded tonight..

When you get to the Thinktank you'll be quite pleased. I just received my Thinktank streetwalker pro and it holds all my gear and still has room for more! It has a great tripod system with a pullout pocket to help tote a larger tripod. I researched for about two months before making my decision and couldn't be happier.
