Lee Digital SLR Starter Kit

Has anyone bought this package from Lee Filters?

I'm thinking about buying it but wonder is it really worth it as it costs £192.99 the kit includes an assembled filter holder a 0.6 ND Hard Graduated filter, a cleaning cloth, and an ProGlass 0.6ND Standard filter

on top of this 2 Lee Wide Angle Adaptor Ring at around £35.99 each needs to be bought for my 2 len's that i have, when you see the price of all the other filters i might need plus a very expensive polarising filter it creeps up to an easy £500

is it worth it?

Oh i already have a B&w polarising filter on my Sigma 10-20mm lens how successful would it be if i bought the Lee filters to hand hold an ND or ND Grad over the polarising filter? would it work?
