Talking MB-D200 grip - SCREW YOU! :D

I have a battery grip for my D200. And as usual, the battery retaining clips have broken. I ordered the new clips and have found a DIY fix to replace them. Here's my problem, the screws are in so very tight and have a type of lock-tite on them. Anyone done this themselves? Can you give me any advice for getting these buggers out? Thanks!
