Default Snow Fall

Hi guys, i haven't posted in this here section in a while so I thought I would post this picture here to see what you guys thought and how I could improve it

This is all the date I have on the picture because I can't find the information for the life of me!
Shutter Speed: 10/1000 second
Aperture: F/5.3
Focal Length: 46 mm
ISO Speed: 400
Flash: off (i think)

so what could I do to make the sun pop out more/make it more colorful? Is my setting's alright? Oh and any tips on what I could do better next time I take a sun set picture? Really anything you can think of, fire it at me, I can take it

When you view your image on flickr, and you scroll down, you can see 'more properties' on the right, under 'additional information', which gives you this: more properties

For the photo, I would say, use a slower shutterspeed, to get in some more light. The overall photo is slightly on the dark side. Additionally, I've seen a lot of tips on using the flash when shooting against the light, to get a little more definition.
