Default Shades of Blues

What lovely colours!

Shades of Blues

I wanted to show different shades of blues. How could I show more colours of blue? Is the photo interesting? If not, how could I make it better?

Camera: Canon EOS 450D

Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 250 mm
ISO Speed: 800

Forgive me for this, but for it to be ineteresting you have to know what it is. I think its a glass isnt it?
You can bring out the different shades of blues by using an adjustment mask. Try doing several layers with different hues and then mask out areas you dont want to show

Thank you. There is no need to apologize for your critique. I want people to critique my photos, so I can learn and become better. And, yes it is a glass.

I agree -- I didn't know what it was, either but the colors are nice. One does need to know what's in the shot for it to be interesting and provoke viewing.
