Default Exhaustion

Whether you are the one being cared for or the caregiver, it is a challenging experience for both.

Exhaustion

Camera: Canon EOS 450D
Exposure: 0.005 sec (1/200)
Aperture: f/6.3
Focal Length: 131 mm
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off, Did not fire

What do you think about the composition of the picture? How could I have made this shot better? Do you sense the emotion I am trying to depict in this photo?

Excellent capture, I think the composition is spot on, with two 'thirds' cross sections occupied by the subjects. The lighting is very nice as well, and I also like the line of the wall through the photo that seperates them. The only suggestion I would make is to use a smaller aperture to blur the background more, but I guess you can't take this one again! You could try blurring a bit in PP.
Overall I really like the shot, it's emotive, tells a story and technically strong. Nice one.
