Morris abandoned

I took this shot wanting to emphasise the car's abandonment. I turned up the colour (cyan) and used the distortion control a little to bring the writing into more focus.
I'd like to know if it works in terms of composition and generally as a good photo. I'm still fairly new to this and keen to benefit from the knowledge of the awesome photographers on this site!

Kate, I absolutely love this shot.

The composition is great and I love your pp work on the colours. Your shot definitely captures the distress and decay of an abandoned car.

The only slight change I would suggest is to give the wing mirror just a little bit more room - the crop is a bit tight to my eye.

I love the humour in the shot too, I wish I had thought of naming my morrie when I had mine. Sadly, my morris is no more, but I do have a cat called Morris and lots of great memories.

Thanks for bringing them flooding back!

Thanks so much for that feedback. I was happy with the shot but always looking to improve... you're right about the mirror, however there was an ugly fence quite close to the car I wanted to crop out.
