So this is out of focus on purpose? When looking at an image two of the strongest magnets for the eye are bright areas and sharply focused areas. In this case, the area of sharpest focus is the leaf in the bottom right. Is that where you intended viewers to look?

hi Sterling...yes it was purposely out of focus and i aiming the viewer to focus on the dragon fly but the leaves has brighter color than the subject (dragon fly). that is why i put my watermark to the tail of the subject to catch the attention of the viewer....thanks for reading my thread.

The leaf does not catch my eye first. And I did have to look closely for your subject, I always ignore watermarks, so that wasn't a factor. I found the dragonfly quickly enough. I'm not into blurr photos tho, they're too hard on my eyes and don't keep my attention. I hope someone who is into blurr photos comes along and can give you the critique you are looking for.
