I'm afraid that I can't get much beyond the fact that it is very blurry and quite crooked. You need to use a tripod for shutter speeds this slow.

Hi bstock04,

This a great subject! I had a double take when I saw this; I thought the building was on fire!

I agree with Sterling. With a one second exposure you really need to brace the camera with something. A tripod is always best, but if you don't have one put the camera up against a lamppost, handrail or something. I took a 4 second photo last night, did it without a tripod and didn't get any camera blur. (You can see it here)

The great thing about a subject like this is that it isn't going anywhere so you can go back and shoot it again and again. Figure out a way to stabilize the camera and try again.

I can't wait to see a tack-sharp version.
