Default A Photographer at Work

My best friend taking a picture (as usual) so I snapped a picture of her and I just happened to love the way it turned out. Thanks for all comments and critiques! =)

Does it capture the essence of a photographer?
How is the clarity of the picture?
How is the composition?

nice photo you have captured..but i think it will be even better if you include more part of the photographer in the picture

This is a nice idea. I like the photographer's intense expression.
You could play around with angles in the future, either looking in the direction of the camera or capturing more of her face. I agree that she seems a little cut off too; I'd like to see more of her in the frame.
As far as clarity, it seems that the subject is not perfectly in focus. On autofucus settings, you could try pointing the camera directly at the intended subject to set the focus, then framing the shot while holding the autofocus.
