Default More newbie shots!

This is taken with my p&s (Sony Cybershot), I'm waiting until next month to get my DSLR, so for now I'll have to deal with what I got. Anyway, wasn't positive which category this belongs to, so I decided to put this photo in here. Hope thats okay. Let me know what you think, is there too much bokeh? I really do not know what to think of this photo, as I am a newbie.

Hi Kristen!

I really really like the idea for this photo, the only thing I notice is I find the black splodge in the upper left of the shot (think its a walk way??) really distracting, especially seeing as all the chair planks ( I think thats what they are??) lead your eye directly to it from the leaf =)
