Hello,i am Reen and i am a newbie in photography.I would appreciate if you can spend some time on my photos and help me improve my technical as well as my post processing skills.

Can you tell us a bit more about the camera, lens and settings used. It helps responders know what is feasible with your set up (more properties on Flickr is your friend here). Displaying at medium size is also good - small makes it hard to see the details.

The eyes are usually attracted to the brightest part of a photo. In this case the eyes are drawn away from the subject ( teddy bear ) and are directed to the bright blown out portion of the sky to the top left.
Might keep that in mind next time you compose a scene and take the time to double check the areas thru out the entire frame for any distractions. Don't be dicouraged, and have fun learning ..
