What could I do better? I did doctor the contents of the shower and something on the wall.

The concept is good as is the execution, the only thing is that the background is to busy. Might work better if you cloned out some of the background clutter.

Funny enough the first thing I noticed was what seems to be either her shirt or her hands which appear slightly bunched at her midsection, and that was the most distracting thing to me. I'd probably either remove that in processing or change the pose slightly for future shots.

I do agree that a slightly less busy background would also make the shot more effective since it takes away from the shape of the silhouette a bit. I do like the use of the silhouette though.

Same here. Smooth out the washboard abs.

lower the ISO.. 1600 is far to high for that... have you got a tripod ? if so USE IT. or make something up with a table and bean bag and self-timer. i can see way too much noise in her shoulder. i also see you used CS4 for this. i recomed you use RAW and use Camera Raw on this one.

First thing I noticed was that the image was 680x1024px.

The image size in any section of DPS is 800px on the longest side, max.

I actually cloned out something on the wall, and something behind her.

Agreed re: ISO. I totally forgot to lower it.
My tripod can't hold my camera, so I'm returning it and spending a little bit more on a new one (I don't have the cash to splurge on a nice one quite yet. So i'll be an okay one and use that as an umbrella/light stand later). I didn't have enough space to makeshift a tripod like I usually do here though. But then again, I didn't notice any problems due to not having a tripod such as blur.

Really? I considered cloning it out, but I sort of liked that as a texture. I thought it was nice to have a busy silhouette as half the idea is wondering whats going on underneath.

Also, as for the Photoshop comment. That was BECAUSE i was cloning things out obviously :P

Agreed on the busy background, I don't find shower hardware sexy at all. I would have also like a lower POV and a longer cast from the light across the floor. Good concept/idea though.

I really like the concept and the execution is very good.

But as someone said, her pose seems unnatural somehow - like she's impatiently waiting to use the toilet or something. You could try her in a variety of different poses.
