Default Please critique my pic

Hi,
This is my first post to DPS. I am a beginner and hungry for knowledge. This is one of my first photos. Is it too simple? Or too busy? Please give me your opinions!

nice picture, cute subject
It is very grainy for ISO 100, but I think you are shooting film from the look of your camera model?
I think it could be a bit sharper focus though. Maybe a smaller DoF would be good, with arm and face in focus and rest out of DoF?

Yes, It was shot with a film SLR. Could that be the reason why it appairs grainy? I get what your saying about DOF. I can visualize it, and Ill remember that when im shooting next. Thanks =) Apprecaite the thoughts!

The skulls seem to distract from an already very pink picture. I might remove it.
