Too much?

Here's a photo of a cluster of Hakka Tulous in Xiamen, China.
I quite like this shot but i'm not sure if the editing is too much, with the blurry in the edges and all.... any thoughts?

Actually, the blurriness only bothers me in the bottom right corner for some reason. It seems fairly natural in the sky, and most of the time it's so windy here that the water never looks still and crisp I do quite like the editing that you've done on this shot. I think the tones are very nice. I'd consider not blurring the edges, but other than that, that's all I can think of.
