Default High Speed printing

I like the effect I ended up with here but if I could prove upon the effect what would I change? I also notice some noise at full resolution, how could I reduce low light noise in shadow areas while still maintaining the effect?

By the by, this was a shot I ended up completely on accident. I was just playing around.
