The thing in the phot is the guy so I suppose that would be the main focus, or did you have some other idea?
I dont mind his head being cut off at the top, but I think since that part is cropped so close that the rest should be as well. Maybe just close in a little more off the front. That or if you have the orginal, include more of his legs

This may sound dumb, but the first thing I noticed was the bright stripe on his pants, then I looked up to see his face with a helmet on and then went looking for a ball

I first went and looked at the face, then the ball, what I feel about this one is that the composition is not very appealing, would you like to try a portrait mode of this toy? having the eyes on the upper third line of the frame, also I think you would like to try and diffuse the flash light.
