Default St. Peter's Cathedral Stained Glass

I took this a while back, with a Panasonic FZ-20 (which has a Lieca-made super-zoom lense)

I am primarily interested in comments on the lighting. It's all done with available light. Feel free to comment on composition as well.

EXIF: 1/60 @ f2.8, ISO: 400

It is difficult to see the images on the stained glass. I see that the wood on the upper left side is more in focus than the images on the stained glass.

I would like to see more of the detail around the window. I did a Shadows/Highlights adjustment of 50% and added 20% contrast and that was an improvement. I think if you play around with it a bit it would really improve the shot.

I have done photo shoots in old chapels (see my flickr site if your interested) and it is not easy to shoot against the old dark wood and bright like coming thru the stained glass. Nice job.
