Airliner photo...

Hi all,

Here is my picture, its of the Qantas Airbus A380-800 aircraft shortly after it had taken-off from London Heathrow; I was stood outside a busy supermarket when I took this photo.



Canon EOS 450D, Tamron 70-300mm lens, f/7.1, ISO 200, 1/1000 sec.


Sorry if this is too general, but I would like to know what (if anything) I can do to improve the quality of this image in order to make my photos look better in the future.

Any comments (good or bad) welcomed.

The first thing that I noticed is that the photo is cropped to the max, it looks more like you took a shot of your model plane

I'd suggest that you give it some "breathing room" at the nose and tail ends.

when adding that breathing room add a bit more room at the nose of the plane... it will make it seem more like its going some where
