Default Only my second time...

Taking live concert shots. I went to a cool local venue here in Orlando, FL named The Social, to see one of my friend's band play and decided to shoot some pics. Here is one of the shots. I shot with no flash to not kill the vibe of the place... it was hopping, and I kept getting bumped from time to time, please let me know what you think. Is the exposure all right? In shows like this there is so much action is hard to think composition, but did I do ok? Any critique or advice would be greatly appreciated. I really enjoyed it and might pursue this style of photography more. Thanks

Hand to Hand @ The Social

Exposure: 0.017 sec (1/60)
Aperture: f/1.4
Focal Length: 50 mm
ISO Speed: 800
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off

I like the photo - the only thing that bothers me is that blurry...hand??? going up his leg and I think I would have liked to see more of the crowed (but only if they were enjoying the show lol). But...yeah I think you did a good job!

I think you caught him in a very expressive pose, but I agree that with concert shots, stray hands will be something you need to watch out for.

The blurred hand is terribly distracting! Too bad as it would've been a lovely shot. Also on the small side of nitpicking, the arm sticking out form his back is kinda annoying as well, but it's only minor, especially compared to the blurry hand

What kind of music does your friend make?
