Cool Puddly Waves

Puddly Waves

Here I wanted to blur the splashing waves. Unfortunately there were not many big waves that day. Please do give your insights on the pic/composition and what could be done to improve the pic.

Pic Info:
Exposure: 0.25 sec (1/4)
Aperture: f/20.0
Focal Length: 18 mm

Thank You all.

I like the composition of your photo but, did you use a tripod when you took this - everything seems a little soft not only the water. I would like to see a large version of it on flickr but for some reason I can't

the horizon looks a little too crooked for me. Maybe it is the bridge too. I have a hard time trying to wonder what was the subject you focused on? Was it the rock? I like the silky look to the water though. Nice coloring for me.

In order to do this, you'll need a slower shutter speed and a lower exposure. Slower the shutter speed, the mor elight it will let in.
Part of the problem here is your sky is blown out, doesnt help.
I like the scene very much and think you are really on to something here. I'd grab me a tripod and get back out there!
