Default DuelingTrucks

I took this on a field trip with a class I was taking & would like to know if the composition works. Also what do you think of the exposure? I am considering entering it in a juried show.

I think I would have tried a different angle. Perhaps getting closer to the truck on the right and finding a nice leading line that would draw the eyes into the picture.
Is that a reflection from your flash on the fender of the blue truck? Might do a bit of post-processing on that.

Thanks for the input tvoelcker. The flash didn't fire. This was taken in a very dark barn with light coming in a door behind the green truck.3 second exposure. There was no room to get any different angle. I set a tripod up in the only place not inhabited with vehicles or junk.

Point made. Sometimes it is rather difficult to suggest something without seeing the entire scene so I try to visualize things and make suggestions from there. Sometimes they are valid and sometimes not.
Have you tried a sepia or b&w conversion on this shot?

Would this work ?

Not the highest quality conversion as this is only quick JPEG file, but with RAW file it can be done better.

I really appreciate the critique Tom & liked your suggestions. I also like the suggestion to try a B&W. Thanks

Great job John. I will try with the raw file & see how it comes out.
