That doesn't mean you can't keep it for personal use, just that you can't sell it for commercial purposes. You may want to read a few books about selling. I know it sounds strange, but I got a lot of help from being a camera gear salesperson. Learning how to sell people has helped me a lot in life. Most people think they'll never be sold, but I can tell you from experience, at least 80% of people can be. You NEVER stop at the first 'no'.

i sometimes wish i lived in town where my subjects could be people once in a while instead of nature and wildlife (when my family won't cooperate LOL)
i like your store shot....seems quite real to me and the lighting is effective, except i didn't notice the guy at the counter at first look till it was pointed out so perhaps you could just lighten him up a bit.
