Default Blue Angels - Exhaust

So I have this photo from a Blue Angels show, and I’m wondering if I should try to Photoshop out that thing in the bottom left hand corner of the photo. I think it’s a little distracting there. What do you think? And what do you think of the shot?

Is this a crop? I'm not a big fan of the clone tool. Including more of the cart could be less distracting, and you'd get more of the heat distortion.

Hi and welcome to DPS. It is tough to position yourself to eliminate such distractions with shots like these. I agree that it needs a little more "space" in the cropping. Unfortunately, the way the jets are facing coupled with the numeric sequence on the tails, you come into the shot of the left side and quickly "read" you way out the right side. There isn't anything there to keep the viewer's eye with the frame very long. That is an impressive kit you have in your signature line.

my husbands in the navy, been in for 10 yrs and we've been together 5 of them, and i've yet to see the blue angels. i think it's a nice photo, the object to the left is a bit distracting, but overall, great focus in the photo.

I love the jets flying by. I can feel it from the inside out. I love the Blue Angels, being an ex-Navy person myself.
