Default The Irish Mist

What do you guys think of this shot? Is there anything I could have done to make it better? I'm not a big fan of the houses on the right, but what can ya do... Also the sky was extremely blown out so I cropped it out. Is there any way I could have prevented that? It was a very overcast day so I had everything as open as I could get it without overexposing.

Shutter Speed: 1/100s

Is that the back end of a boat, it's kind of hard to tell? You might want to take the shot from a slight angle which shows the length of the boat, even if from a very narrow angle.

I think the houses in the distance are small enough in the frame not to be distracting.

Yeah, it's the back of an old boat. There are trees and branches everywhere so getting a shot of more of the boat is pretty impossible without having branches in front of me. I think I will go try a few more shots of it, though. Thanks for the input!
