Hey everyone!
I was playing around with my camera this arvo and having a bit of a look here on DPS when I came across a really simple tutorial for taking pics of water droplets. I decided to give it a go and I ended up with the pic below as my very FIRST shot! I am quite impressed- particularly as this was my first ever attempt at taking any shots of this kind! I feel that the background could be slightly more in focus, but all in all, I am very happy with the outcome The only editing I have done to this image is adding stroke.I would love to know what you all think! |

Great results
I saw that tutorial and tried it... the only thing I advice is to slow down the drops... when the water is stil and one water drop falls you have this beautiful ripple effect that yu lose if the second drop falls in too soon I think the focus is nice... beautiful shot |

Love that tutorial too!! so did the same thing last night! I had to do it our way though because we randomly don't have a colorful plate or colored index cards. Odd i know but still. haha try the smoke tutorial! I'm going to tonight.
