Default The greeting of Mistress and pet

From My B&W Photos

I am trying to shoot in black and white as well as colour. This is a cropped shot taken in B&W.

Exif:
Finepix S5000 taken on 09/08/11
shutter speed = 1/160
aperture F=5.6
ISO = 200
Lens 5.7mm-57mm equiv to 37-370mm on a 35mm lens.

I know one obvious flaw- the guy rope running over/through the dog. Would appreciate help on exposure/light/contrast etc.

I kind of like that shot but I do agree with you about the cord going down the side. It is distracting. I also think the towel and plant on the other side are a little distracting as well. Sometimes you might want to get lower for a shot like this to get more of her face.
