Default The Manitoba in the Snow

I wasn't sure if I was going to post this in SYS or here but I like the feedback i get from here. Anyways, yesterday I was shooting down on Belle Isle and I saw this (and a couple of other freighters) coming down the River. It was snowing and I liked the shot.

From Michigan Exposures

The good stuff:
Model Canon EOS 50D
ISO 400
Exposure 1/80 sec
Aperture 11.0
Focal Length 170mm

For the most part, I like the shot. The background is more obscured than I normally get (but not quite like when I'm out on the end of the island). It's not quite centered. I guess if I had one complaint, I should have left some room for the ship to move into. Anyways, what do you guys think of the composition?

I like it, but might up the contrast/blacks just a bit to make it "pop" a little more. As far as comp goes, I think it's great. This one might be a fun one to use a non-traditional crop such as the cinematic ratio that we had for one of the weekly challenges a while back or the 16:9 widescreen ratio.

I was actually thinking of looking at it in black and white, since I'm mostly there.
