Default The colours of Dusk

I am a newbie at photography. Currently I am using a 'point and shoot' camera (Canon PowerShot AA3300IS) and plan to upgrade to a DSLR later on. I would be thankful for general reactions to my photo and suggestions for improvement. Some EXIF Data that could be helpful :-
ISO-800;
ShutterSpeed-1/25;
f-stop-f/4.5;
Exposure- -1(2/3)

Welcome to the forum.

With an ISO of 800, you have a lot of grain in this pic. Threre is software that will remove most of it in post processing though. Most newer DSLR's will do that for you in the camera. Did you use a tripod? This pic looks a bit blurrry. Or is that just the grain? At 1/25 second, it's pretty hard to hold a camera still. Also, when shooting landscape photography like this, you should set an aperture of around f/8 - f/11. Nice shot otherwise.
