Default Jewellery shot
I have taken the photo with the following settings

ISO : 200
F : f/16
S : 3 sec
Focal : 50 mm
Camera : nikon d90
Lens : nikon 50 mm 1.8D

Just ambient light from two ceiling CFL bulbs an one small flash light for little star on jewel right above

c&c please. I would like to know the following :
A) Is the lighting enough
B) What are the other options to get a start effect on jewellery
C) I tried to include a fold in background cloth, should it be avaoided

Any other critique please
