Halloween Pumpkin

I like to experiment with low lighting and with fall fast approaching Jack-o-Lanterns are a favorite subject of mine. I thought I would post an attempt from a previous year and see if I can get better this year. The photo is unedited. Colored glow sticks instead of candles give it the blue color and I lit it with a flashlight covered with a sheet of paper. Any comments appreciated especially about the lighting and composition.

Cute jack-o-lantern! Maybe a little more light on the top of the pumpkin? I like that it appears to melt into the blackness.
