I picked up a Canon 430ex and a 12x12 Light cube and set out to taking some photo's. This is the best one so far but there's a few things I don't like, but I'll hold off and see if others picked up on what I don't like. Please don't hold back

Household fluorescent bulb(60w?) on the left(270angle) and speed flash on left(315angle) along with cam's on board flash... I'm wishing I saved that link where you could draw your lights on a grid.
Exposure 0.005 sec (1/200)
Aperture f/4.0

One of the flashes, I'm presuming the popup, is creating that ghastly shadow. Your color balance is also seems off since you are mixing fluorescent and what appears to be un-gelled strobe.
