I took this photo while camping and on a photo walk. Tips advice and critiques would be appreciated. I was using my Canon XTi ISO100 f/11 at 1/500. I enjoy the photo but it seems a little dull to me. When I was taking the photo the message I wanted to get across was there is hope.

carl g lakin,
I agree with freybear3. This is a really good image. Love the composition and the way you captured the light. I'd just like to see a little more color contrast as well as maybe a bit of a higher exposure. It's not perfect, but I made a couple changes just to show you what I meant. I look forward to seeing more of your work. David

In order to get the full benefits of the critique section we have offered a set of guidelines to read. They offer all kinds of wonderful info, including information we all need about your photos that should be included.
Knowing info such as: your camera settings, more about your photo, your likes and dislikes and what you want help with, will only help us to help you better! Thank you in advance for your post and editing it! If you should need help with that, just holler any chance you could post your photo at a smaller size? Your original was too large
