Post Chanced scenery

I happened at this scenery while trying to escape from guards (not wearing id inside university campus). I took this in Apperture Priority since I wanted to focus on the flower(s)... I forgot which since I had a test right after. Anyway, I would like to know your opinions. This shot is taken after raining and was naturally... cloudy... don't know the right term but i think dim light? I am new in photography so I don't know which settings to use so please guide me. (and i'll try to recapture it again one of these days... hopefully the gardeners won't be messing with it...)

Thanks

I like the flowers in the top left. They add a nice pop of color to the photo. Since those were your focus maybe crop out most of the campus buidings and thus making the flowers larger and take up more space in the photo. HTH!
