it is over exposed and under exposed...., But i think it gives me the feeling I need from this place (where i took the shot i mean)..

So i would Like to know Your thoughts?

Foreground looks a little over exposed and background under exposed. WB issue? I'm fairly new to photography and take plenty of shots that aren't within the boundaries of the rules. It's all about breaking the rules and creating an image that pleases the photographer.
