Default Is there anybody out there?

Hi All,

I know this photo has a cat in it and some may say wrong place to post but I feel this shot has more to it than strictly an animal shot. I grabbed this from my bedroom window one rainy afternoon. It seems to give me a sense of anticipation. The one thing that bothers me slightly is the cat looking out of the photo. Does this detract from the photo in any way? Also how do you feel about the composition. Any other comments would be welcome.

Camera: NIKON CORPORATION
Model: NIKON D3000
ISO: 400
Exposure: 1/125 sec
Aperture: 5.0
Focal Length: 200mm
Flash Used: No

Thank you.

I would crop the wheel a bit on the left... I know you loose some of the DOF but it would put more of the focus of the image on the cat. I like the cat looking out of frame here. Great pic

I would lighten up the wall a bit next to the cat and up the saturation. It feels a little flat to me. Other than that it's a good pic!
