There are some interesting lines here, but it's not immediately clear what the subject is. Maybe frame & compose to emphasize some of the textures?

I'm really new to photography and this site (about a week). I posted all the information that I knew. What essential information did I leave out?

Something I learned when I was starting out was to really look at my photo. Study it. Is it interesting to me? How is it different from any other photo? Are there any distractions? How are the colors or composition? Decided what you like or dont like about your photo and base your questions on that aspect.

Heres what I see, is a photo of balcony. That's it. I dont see anything over exciting about it. Now if it had a more clear subject, say a person standing on it looking in some direction. Thats would add more flair to it. Also watch the "extras" as int he dead branch on the top of your frame. Notice how it takes away from the main subject?
