C'mon Deep Perspective...this is not constructive criticism.
Cactus is nicely lit but there is too much noise (I suspect due to ISO, but I am no expert) and if I haven't read your title, I wouldn't have understood this was the moon.

erm, deep perspective, instead of being so arrogant why not give a more helpful comment. Or is the only word in your vocabulary "no"? Thanks to the others for your comments. The reason i shot the pic the way i did was to create something a bit more unique and mysterious, but still appreciate your comments, except one.

i kinda liked it and the effect that it has, for me the problem is the framing
-put the ISO in the lowest possible value -mount the cam on a tripod -push the cactus to the far left (or maybe in the rule of thirds are) -capture more of the cactus, by that i mean capture the cactus up to the upper half of the frame (in the case of that pic you only captured up to halfway of the frame) -take lots of shots in different exposure and settings ![]() I'm no expert but these are my personal opinions on how this shot can be improved
