Default Accentuating the spring

Any suggestions regarding general composition or editing?

Camera Nikon D5000
Exposure 1/30
Aperture f/4.5
Focal Length 45mm (30mm DX)
ISO Speed 450

For me the photo doesnt work, sorry.
Try again but get down on the ground. Put some effort into it and get down the the same level as the growing flowers, show the world how they look from a bugs angle, get in closer and fill your frame. It'll make it more interesting

Thank you for your input. I will definitely consider your input for future shots, but in my defence I can't say that's an easy job because these new 'flowers' were at most two inches tall when I shot this. But I do appreciate the input and will attempt that angle on my future shots. Thanks again.
