That's a great subject. I think I'd try to shoot this from some different angles -- the textures here are great, but I'd like to see some feel for where your subject is (mast, hatch, etc.). This looks like a really good subject to try in B&W, too.

Let me put the shot in context: I was in the middle of a team-building gymkana, with different challenges, like a treasure hunt. One of the challenges was a fast photo contest, with 12 subjects. One of them was "a wreck", and this shot was my photo for it.

As we were indeed running from one side to another, I couldn't spend more time there (only one shot!), but I do agree its a great subject and would have been nice to have more time there.

I have tried and seen it in b&w, but the textures loss a little bit of impact.
