Default Spinning Globe

From 365 day project

Canon EOS rebel T2i
ISO - 100
shutter - 1/5
aperture - 8.0
no flash

Was wondering about the composition and DOF.

Let me know what you think

DOF is ok I guess, though if you were trying to isolate the subject using it you left the aperture too small.

Composition is lacking. Subject is centered and nothing else in the frame is really complimenting it. I like the motion blur you put on the globe, but that alone wont make a photo interesting.

I agree with photocist. Its a really cool idea but a few things could make it a really good picture. Try shooting with a higher aperture(lower f/number) to get the background blurry which would isolate the globe as the subject. Also try framing the globe using the Rule of Thirds. Definitely a really cool idea though!
