Default Feedback on Composition

Hi All,

I took this picture for people watching the fountain while it was raining in Dubai.

The question is, does the composition nail the shot? do I need to change anything?

Thanks.

The picture is awesome. The only thing I noticed is the column on the right side. It balances the picure out, but at the same time it draws my eye to it and away from the fountain and umbrella couple

That's my point.

So if I wanted to crop and maintain the aspect ratio I'll have to compromise either:

1- reflection of the umbrella people on the ground.
2- OR tip of the fountain, so it'll look like the one below.

So which one will be a better choice?

This is what I see in term of balance:

This is just a play of your photo:

Nice demonstration

So the tip of the fountain or the reflection?

To check for balance, I placed the major objects onto a 'child's seesaw' that runs horizontally through your photo.

The result I want is to draw the viewers' eyes to the people with the umbrella.
